Refund Policy

We want the Course to measurably deepen and speed up your sermon preparation. If it doesn’t, we don’t want your money. The risk is on our side of the screen.

The 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund, for any reason. We ask only that you actually gave it a fair try — ideally by working through the Quickstart and Module 3 and running a few Research Briefs — because that is where the value shows up. But approval is not conditional on proof; if you’re not satisfied within 30 days, you get your money back.

Keep the Vault

Even if you refund, you keep the Prompt Vault. The prompts you copied are yours. We’re confident enough in the Course to make that promise in writing.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@exegete.church from the address you purchased with, within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include your order number or license key (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
3. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method — typically within a few business days. You may also use the customer-portal link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and course access ends, but any prompts you have already saved remain yours to use, per the guarantee above.

Processing & payment

Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also manages applicable VAT and sales tax on this digital product. Refund timing may vary slightly with your bank or card issuer.
